A lead time you can bid against
Production, ocean freight, customs clearance, duties and delivery to the jobsite are quoted as one figure, against a real production schedule, and confirmed in writing before deposit. Not an ex-works date with the hard part left to you.
Ratings that can be verified independently
Six active Miami-Dade Notices of Acceptance, and NFRC-certified product lines listed in the public Certified Products Directory. Certified U-factor and SHGC vary by line and glazing package; we confirm the configuration that meets the code in your climate zone in writing with the quotation.
Drawing support before you commit
- CAD/BIM files for the specified configuration, at no charge.
- North American certification support for submittals and permitting.
- Customisation at no surcharge — non-standard dimensions are the normal case.
- 10-year standard warranty; optional 20-year transferable glazing cover that follows the property.
Labour is not covered under the warranty. We say so here rather than after a claim.
